There’s only 4 rounds in our Candy Cane Coasters making them super quick and easy to make. Pair them with an adorable mug and some hot drink mixes and you have an amazing gift that’s suitable for anyone.

Skill level: Beginner

Supplies needed:

:: Bulky(5) weight yarn in White

:: Sport(2) or DK(3) weight yarn in Red

:: 9 mm crochet hook

:: Yarn needle

Candy Coaster supplies

Candy Cane Coasters Instructions:

You will be combining both yarns to get the stripping effect. Of course you could always change out the accent color to better suit your person.

Rnd 1: start with a magic circle (6sc)

Rnd 2: INC in all 6 stitches (12sc)

Rnd 3: SC in the next st, INC, Repeat 6 times (18sc)

Rnd 4: SC in the next 2 st, INC, Repeat 6 times (24sc) SL ST in the next 2 st.

Finish with weaving in all ends and wrap them up with a pretty bow! That’s it! You’re done!
